Traditional Italian Antipasto

Ingredients
1/4
lb Genoa Salami
1/4
lb Mortadella
1/4
lb Prosciutto
1/4
lb Sopressata
1/4
lb Provolone Cheese
marinated artichoke hearts
kalamata or green olives
roasted red peppers
Directions
1.
On a nice platter with compartments, place 1/4 Lb sliced Genoa salami, rolled.
2.
Then place 1/4 Lb. very, very, thin mortadella, rolled.
3.
1/4 Lb very, very thin prosciutto, rolled, 1/4 Lb. sopressata, rolled.
4.
1/4 Lb sliced provolone cheese.
5.
Add some marinated artichoke hearts, kalamata or green olives, few red roasted peppers.
6.
Fresh slices of Italian or french baguettes on the side…make panini with recipe.
