Make sure you have all of the ingredients lined up and ready to go. Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions and then drain and put aside. Crush the peanuts in a pestle and mortar.

Heat a frying pan and put in a splash of oil and the minced pork, along with the curry powder and five-spice. Stir fry for 5 minutes, until lightly golden.

Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger and slice the chicken, mushrooms and cabbage. Add the garlic ginger, chicken and prawns to the pan and stir well.

Cook for a minute and then add the mushrooms, cabbage and peas. Toss and cook for 4 minutes, then push everything to one side of the pan and crack the egg into the gap. Stir so that the eggs start to scramble and cook.

Tip in the noodles and toss everything together for a couple of minutes. Season with soy sauce and then squeeze over the lime juice and add the spring onions and red chilli (both sliced) and peanuts.
