Cheddar And Pea Omelette

Simple but so good.

Ingredients
1/2
onion, finely chopped
olive oil
100
frozen peas
2
large eggs
20
cheddar, grated
Directions
1.
Fry the onion in a frying pan with a splash of olive oil for about 5 minutes.
2.
Add the peas and cook for another 5 minutes, until softened, stirring regularly.
3.
Beat the eggs and add them to the pan. Stir thoroughly and then add the cheddar.
4.
Allow to cook, occasionally pushing at the edges of the omelette so that the sides don't stick. Just before the top is cooked fold it in half and tip onto a plate.
5.
Serve and enjoy!
