Baked Sesame Chicken

chicken breasts

cup cornstarch

eggs

cup oil
3/4
cup honey
1/2
cup soy sauce
1/2
cup ketchup
1/2
cup brown sugar
1/2
rice wine vinegar
1/2
tsp garlic powder
2
tbsp cornstarch
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 325. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
2.
Place cornstarch in a gallon-size Ziploc bag. Add chicken, seal bag, and shake vigorously to coat all chicken pieces well.
3.
Place egg in a gallon-size Ziploc bag. Add chicken pieces in batches, seal bag, and shake to coat.
4.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, and cook chicken until browned. Place chicken into a 9x13 pan.
5.
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, garlic, and 2 T cornstarch. Pour over chicken, and bake for 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through, stirring the chicken very 15 minutes or so.
