Pot Roast

Ingredients
1
piece of lean chuck roast
1
package baby carrots
5
potatoes
1
small onion
4
cans beef broth
Directions
1.
Preheat oven at 350

place your roast in your roasting pan salt/pepper, slice your onion and place on top of meat, put in oven to brown for about 20 min.
3.
Peel & dice your carrots and potatoes
4.
through them over your meat adding your beef broth, Cover and let cook for about 1-1/2 hours until meat is tender with a fork.
5.
to thicken add 1/2 cup water with 3 tbl corn starch in a cup mix well and add to your meat stir till thickens.
