Super Berry Smoothie

Frozen berries are a thrifty way of creating a healthy smoothie - pad it out with oats to make it extra filling

Ingredients

gr bag frozen berries

gr pot fat-free strawberry yogurt

ml milk

gr porridge oats

tsp honey (optional)
Directions
1.
Whizz the berries, yogurt and milk together with a stick blender until smooth. Stir through the porridge oats, then pour into 4 glasses and serve with a drizzle of honey.
