Ingredients

oz frozen shredded potatoes

cups shredded cheese
2
cups cooked ham
salt & pepper
1
can cheddar cheese soup
2
soup cans full of milk
10
eggs
Directions
1.
Combine all ingredants except cheese. Mix, beat very well. Use 3 quart or a 9x10 dish and tap with cheese. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 45-55 or until knife comes out clean.

Optional: chopped onions, green peppers, hash-browns, mushrooms, or ground beef.
