Ingredients

can (16 oz) kidney beans rinsed & drained

can (15 oz) garbanzo beans rinsed & drained

can (14 1/2 oz) Italian diced tomatoes, drained

cups frozen peas
1 1/2
cups frozen corn
1/2
cup chopped onion
1/2
cup chopped green onion
dressing

tbsp red wine vinegar or cider vinegar

tbsp olive or canola oil

garlic minced
1/2
tsp salt
1/4
tsp pepper
Directions
1.
Mix all ingredients and dressing together & refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
