Blt Salad

Just like the name suggests. BLT but without the bread :)

Ingredients

bacon rashers
1/2
iceberg lettuce, cut into 12 wedges
1
beef tomato, sliced into wedges
1/8
cucumber, thickly sliced
1/4
avocado, sliced
1/2
tbsp p lemon juice

cheddar cheese, grated
2
tbsp p mayonnaise
1
tbsp p soured cream
1/2
tbsp p milk
1
tsp wholegrain mustard
Directions
1.
Preheat the grill to high. Place the bacon rashers on the grill pan and grill for 3-4 minutes, turning once, until crisp.
2.
To make the dressing, place the mayonnaise, soured cream, milk and mustard in a bowl and whisk together until smooth.
3.
Put the lettuce wedges, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado (tossed in the lemon juice), dressing, bacon and cheese into a bowl and mix well.
4.
Serve and enjoy!
