Teriyaki Salmon Strips

Aunt Carol sent this recipe. This sounds like a quick meal on a casual night with the family or while entertaining!

Ingredients

cups teriyaki sauce
1
cup water

ozs Salmon cut into 1 oz strips
10
bamboo skewers soaked in water for 30 mins
2
tbsp canola oil
2
tbsp sesame seeds
2
tbsp green onions, chopped small
Directions
1.
In a shallow pan mix together 1 cup teriyaki sauce and 1 cup water for a marinade. Place the salmon on the pre-soaked skewers and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan or grill pan on medium-high heat, grill the skewers for 3 minutes on each side.
3.
Arrange the skewered salmon in a star-like pattern and drizzle the remaining teriyaki sauce over the skewers, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds on top.
