Banana Pancakes

One of the best Saturday or Sunday morning breakfasts ever! Top with whipped cream and fresh berries.

Ingredients

cups flour
2
tbsp white sugar
4
tsp baking powder
1/2
tsp salt
2
egg beaten
2
cups milk
2
tbsp veg oil
4
ripe bananas, mashed
dash of cinamon
Directions
1.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinamon and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, milk, veg oil and bananas.
2.
Stir flour mixture into banana mixture. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
3.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle over med high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle using appx. 1/4 C for each pancake. Cook until pancakes are golden brown.
4.
Serve hot.
