Donna Hay Muffins

Love this quick and easy recipe. Really good to make with kids!2.5 C

Ingredients

cups self-raising flour

cup sugar
1
tsp baking powder
1/2
cup veg oil
1/2
cup milk
1
egg, broken up lightly
1
tsp vanilla
300
gr frozen berries
300
gr chocolate
Directions
1.
Mix dry ingredients together with a fork. Create hole in the middle of the mix.
2.
Add wet ingredients into the hole and mix with a couple of stirs.
3.
Add berries and chocolate to mix.
4.
Fill 12 muffin cups to the top and sprinkle with sugar.
5.
Bake at 180 for 30 minutes.
6.
**Note: you can change up the ingredients - i.e. mango and coconut, walnuts and bananas,etc.
