Puffed Potatoes

Ingredients
4
medium russet potatoes
4
tbsp melted butter
salt
Directions
1.
Preheat over 400 degrees
2.
Peel potatoes, cut into wedges and parboil for 3 minutes. (Boil in unsalted water for 3 minutes and then remove).
3.
Pat them dry
4.
Brush with butter and lots of salt on all sides.
5.
Roast them, do not let them touch, in 400 degree oven. 15 minutes on each side.
