Grilled Balsamic Garlic Crusted Pork Tenderloin

CAN. NOT. GO WRONG. WITH. THIS. DISH! Easy, quick, and so, so good.

Ingredients

garlic cloves, finely minced or crushed

tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 1/2
tsp coarse salt
1/2
tsp freshly ground pepper
2
tbsp olive oil
2
pork tenderloins (about 700 g each)
Directions
1.
Stir together garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and olive oil in a small bowl. Pour/rub all over the pork. If you have time, marinate overnight. If not, it will still be great.
2.
Sear the tenderloins on all sides, then grill for 20-30 minutes, rotating every 10 until the internal temp. is 160 degrees F. Let rest prior to slicing.
