Banana Banana Bread

Lovely and moist, this is my go-to banana bread.

Ingredients

cup butter, softened
3/4
cup brown sugar
2
eggs
2 1/3
cup mashed, ripe bananas (about 4)
1
tsp vanilla
2
cups flour
1
tsp baking soda
1
tsp cinnamon
1/4
tsp nutmeg
1/4
tsp all spice
1/4
tsp salt
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and coat a loaf pan with cooking spray or line muffin tins.
2.
In a large bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs, bananas and vanilla and then continue beating until well combined.
3.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice and salt.
4.
Add the flour mixture into the banana mixture and stir until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan or muffin tins.
5.
Bake 55 minutes for a loaf pan, or 25-30 minutes for muffins or until a tester inserted in the center comes clean. Let the bread cool for 10 minutes. Slather with butter to serve :)
