Cayenne Almonds Tapas Style

Perfect for a cheese platter. A little on the spicy side.

Ingredients

cups whole blanched almonds
1/2
tsp cayenne
1/2
tsp paprika
1
tsp cumin
2
tbsp melted butter
2
tbsp olive oil
1
tbsp sea salt
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F or 150 degrees C. Toss almonds with other ingredients. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
