Chocolate Cake With Mascarpone And Nutella

oz cocoa

cups milk

envelope lievito (italian yeast)

oz Nutella

oz Mascarpone
Directions
1.
Cake - With an electric mixer mix flour, sugar, cocoa, milk and yeast

Then Bake in greased 9 inch cake pan at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes

Filling - Mix 14 oz Nutella, 8.8 oz Mascarpone and if too thick add some milk.
4.
Cool cake and cut in half, spread plenty of filling cream and save some for the top.
5.
Cover top of cake with the rest of the cream and decorate it with some whipped cream if you like.
