Sauted Flounder, Red Snapper, Or Tilapia Fillets

Ingredients
1
lb of fresh fish fillets
2
cloves garlic
2
sprig parsley chopped
4
tsp olive oil
salt
pepper
1
lemon
Directions
1.
In a med sauté pan, heat olive oil and cook fillets for 2 minutes on each side
2.
Cover fillets with garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and squeeze 1/2 lemon on top
3.
cover and cook for 5-6 minutes and serve with slices of lemon
4.
Note: Most fish fillets can be baked with the same ingredients mentioned above
5.
Place in baking dish and cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
