Antipasto Italian Salad

Always a favorite way to start a big family dinner, but try to get your plate quick before Sabrina picks out all of the hearts of palms!

Ingredients

small iceberg lettuce

tomato

cucumber

thinly sliced red onion

cup garbanzo beans rinsed

artichoke hearts
1/2
cup hearts of palm
3
slices salami, cut in pieces
mozzarella cheese cubed or bocconcini
1/2
cup dried cranberries
1/2
cup pitted black olives or kalamata olives
1/2
cup olive oil
2
tbsp red wine vinegar
1
tsp balsamic
1/2
tsp salt
some pepper
some garlic powder
Directions
1.
In lg bowl place cut salad and the rest of ingredients

Combine dressing ingredients, Dressing: 1/2 c olive oil, 2 Tbs red wine vinegar and 1 tsp balsamic, 1/2 tsp salt, some pepper, some garlic powder, in a small bottle and shake it
3.
Adjust flavor if needed and pour on salad.
