Pork Loin Roast

This pork loin roast is full of flavor and couples well with any side dish.

Ingredients
2
lb pork loin roast
3
cloves garlic, chopped
1
tbsp rosemary
salt
pepper
1/4
cup olive oil
Directions
1.
Pierce pork loin and fill 3 cavities with spices mix
2.
Pour rest of seasonings in 1/4 cup olive oil and spread all on top of pork loin
3.
Roast pork for 2 hours in oven at 350 degrees
4.
Transfer to platter after done baking and slice.
5.
Deglaze pan with 1/2 cup white wine on stove and pour juice over sliced pork loin.
