Amish Baked Oatmeal

A Sunday morning favourite.

Ingredients
1 1/2
cups Quick cooking oats
1
/2 c. Sugar
1
/2 c. Milk
1
/4 c. Butter, melted
1
Egg
1
tsp Baking powder
3
/4 tsp. Salt
1
tsp Vanilla
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
2.
Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Spread evenly in a greased 8x8 or glass pie plate.
3.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until light golden brown around the edges.
4.
Serve with warmed milk. Top with fruit or brown sugar if desired.
