Ingredients

large frozen french fried waffle-cut potatoes
1
lb ground beef
2
tsp burger seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
4
slices cheddar cheese, cut into 4 oz quarters
4
cherry tomatoes, sliced
pickle slices
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Evenly space potatoes on baking sheet. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven.
2.
In a medium bowl, combine meat, seasoning, salt and pepper. Form into sixteen 1 oz mini burgers (about 2 tbs).
3.
In a 12 inch skillet, cook burgers, uncovered, over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes. Flip over and cook for another 2-3 minutes, depending on how well you like your burger cooked.
4.
Top each potato with a burger and cheese quarter and put back into the oven until cheese has melted, about 1 to 2 minutes.
5.
Add a tomato slice and a pickle chip to each burger.
6.
Serve with favorite burger condiment.
