+ Roma Tomatoes

Poblano Peppers

Jalapeño Pepper
1
Red Onion
1
bunch of Cilantro
3
cloves Garlic
1/4
cup Vinegar
2
Limes
Salt & Pepper
Directions
1.
Heat grill to high heat.
2.
Cut onion in half.
3.
Place tomatoes, poblano peppers, jalapeño pepper, and onion halves on grill.
4.
Cook to a good char.
5.
Chop (food processor) all vegetables.
6.
Add cilantro, garlic, vinegar, and salt & pepper.
7.
Squeeze the juice of 2 limes.
