lb Ground Beef
1
lb Elbow Noodles
2
lg cans (28 oz) Diced Tomatoes
1
med can (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes
Garlic Salt
Onion Powder
Parsley
Directions
1.
In a large sauce pan/soup pot combine 70.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes. Add water (not too much).
2.
Season with garlic salt and onion powder and bring to boil.
3.
Brown ground beef in skillet and drain.
4.
When tomato sauce is boiling add elbow noodles stirring frequently to prevent noodles from sticking.
5.
When noodles are al dente add ground beef and simmer for a few minutes.
6.
Sprinkle parsley and serve
