Homemade Pasta

This is from a highschool cooking class.

Serves 2people
Ingredients
1
cup all purpose flour
1
egg
1
pinch salt
Directions
1.
Mix all ingredients together.
2.
Roll dough into ball and wrap. Let sit for at least 1 hour.
3.
Roll dough thin. Cut into 1/2 inch strips.
4.
Drop into rapidly boiling water for 6-8 minutes.
