8/9 Inch Pie Crust

The best pie crust recipe I've found.

Ingredients

cup all purpose flour
1/3
tsp salt
1/3
cup a d 1 T butter
2-3
tsp cold water
Directions
1.
Measure flour and salt into a bowl; cut in shortening. Sprinkle in water, 1 T at a time, until all flour is moistened.
2.
Gather dough into a ball. Roll out until 2 inches bigger than the pan.
3.
If it is a baked pie shell, flute edges and bake at 475F for 8-10 minutes.
