Kat's Spinach & Artichoke Dip

I make this dip for almost every function we host or attend and it's a crowd pleaser. Spinach is something that my mom would put in literally any recipe growing up - I now do the same thing!

Ingredients
1
package of chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1
can of quartered artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
1
pkg of cream cheese (8oz), softened
1/2
cup mayonnaise
1/2
cup sour cream
2
cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1
tsp onion powder
1
tsp garlic powder
1
tsp salt
1/2
tsp pepper
Directions
1.
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
2.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, save out one cup of the shredded cheese.
3.
Season as needed (you may like more or less of the seasonings listed).
4.
Spray an 8x8 baking dish (or other casserole dish) with cooking spray.
5.
Add mixture and then top with remaining shredded cheese.
6.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips, veggies, crackers, etc.
