Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
2
breast halves, or as many as you need
olive oil
salt and pepper
herb springs, optional
Directions
1.
Heat oven to 350.
2.
Line a baking pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
3.
Wash chicken and pat dry.
4.
Arrange chicken breast halves on the foil and brush lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss springs of herbs over the chicken, if desired.
5.
Bake for about 22 to 28 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
6.
Use this chicken in your favorite chicken quesadillas or to make chicken salad.
