onion, chopped

green onion, chopped

tsp cayenne pepper

can tomato sauce (14 oz)

can diced tomatoes (28 oz)

can red kidney beans
1/2
cup corn
Directions
1.
Cook hamburg, onions and green peppers.
2.
Add in spices, sauce and diced tomatoes.
3.
Simmer for 2 hours then add beans & corn.
