Ingredients

loaf of soft rustic italian bread
1
lb of tail off shrimp
3
cups of diced tomatoes
3/2
cups cup of diced onions
2
cups of diced cucumbers
Directions
1.
Cut Loaf of Rustic Italian Bread into three bite pieces
2.
Sautee Shrimp in pan to liking
3.
Put diced vegetables into bowl
4.
Once the shrimp is done take it out and put it on the Rustic Italian Bread pieces
5.
Put three to four pieces of shrimp on one piece of bread
6.
Put diced vegetables on top of shrimp
