Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

large chicken breasts {i used zaycon chicken
1
cup teriyaki sauce
1
cup water
2/3
cup brown sugar
1
lb of carrots, peeled and chopped
1
can pineapple tidbits
2
bell peppers, seeded and sliced
3
garlic cloves, minced
Directions
1.
Cook from frozen on low for 6 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked, or thaw overnight in the refrigerator overnight and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
2.
Load all the ingredients into a gallon sized Ziploc bag, lay it flat, label and freeze.
3.
Make a batch of white rice
