Roscón

A very sweet recipe to make a Spanish traditional Roscón

Ingredients
1/2
kg of flour
150
gr of sugar
125
gr of butter

spoonfuls of milk
1
pinch of salt
Zest of 1 orange and 1 lemon
1/2
(1 cup) of rum
1
little under half a cup of orange blossom water
25
gr of yeast
100
ml of water
Decorations; 1 beaten egg, sugar, plastic baby
Gummy bears (optional)
Directions
1.
Put the flour in a well, dissolve the yeast in a spoonful of a water with the rest of the ingredients.
2.
Knead and form a ball then leave for 2 hours.
3.
Form the roscón and leave for ½ hour.
4.
Paint the roscon with the egg using a brush, dust with sugar and whatever looks good to you. Bake for 30 minutes at 190 Degrees Celsius.
