Sweet Potatoes Casserole Cas

Serves as many as you want, the portions are up to you. Lots of bourbon makes it delicious along with marshmallows added at the end. ~Mary Spitulnik, submitted by Chuck Spitulnik~

Ingredients
4
large sweet potatoes, peeled.
1/2
can of carnation evaporated milk
1
stick of butter
1/2
cup sugar (use your judgment)
1/2
cup bourbon (you be the judge,
never less than ½ cup)
Directions
1.
Cut sweet potatoes into cubes, boil until soft
2.
Drain, then mash in butter, sugar and bourbon
3.
Bake in a casserole dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
