Sweet Potato Souffle Sls

Here is my favorite Thanksgiving recipe, and it's the one that I get asked to make every year! ~Suzanne Silverman~

Serves 8people
Ingredients
Souffle:
6-7
Yams
1/2
cup sugar
2
eggs
1
tsp vanilla
1/2
cup milk
1
stick of butter
softened (1/4 pound)
Topping:
1/2
cup brown sugar
1/2
cup flour
1/4
stick melted butter
1
cup pecans
Directions
1.
Peel, Cut and boil or bake yams.
2.
Mash cooked yams and add remaining souffle ingredients
3.
Place in covered casserole dish. Bake at 275 degrees for 60 minutes (not sure of temp for Denver)
4.
Mix topping ingredients in a bowl. Remove cover from dish.
5.
Add topping during last 10 minutes of baking.
