Chrysanthemum Pu Erh Tea

One of the most popular tea blends is chrysanthemum pu’erh tea, which simply consists of pu’erh tea and dried chrysanthemum flowers. As it's a perfect digestive tea, it's often served in restaurants (especially during Cantonese dim sum).

pieces of dried Chrysanthemum flowers

gr (0.2 oz) of loose leaf ripe pu erh tea
500
ml hot (100 C/212 F) water
Directions
1.
Rinse the tea and flowers with hot water (100 C - 212 F).
2.
Add hot water again.
3.
Let it steep for 2 minutes on the first steep, or 3 minutes on the second steep.
4.
Serve hot
