Ginger Tea With Red Dates (姜茶, Jiang Cha)

It is thought to improve blood circulation, expel dampness, and promote healthy Qi. In addition to ginger’s warming abilities, red dates or jujubes are full of Vitamin C. If you can’t find Chinese black or brown sugar, just substitute some healthy honey.
