Chicken Nachos Skillet

Ingredients
3/2
lb chicken tenders
1
tbsp smoked paprika
Sea salt and black pepper for taste
1
tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
Topping Ideas:

slices of bacon, crispy cooked and crumbled
1
cup frozen corn, thawed
1/2
cup of shredded cheddar cheese
4
green onions, thinly sliced
1
handful of spinach
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

In a large bowl, add chicken tenders, and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper
3.
Mix together with your hands to get all chicken pieces well coated
4.
Heat oil in a large, safe skillet over medium-high heat
5.
Add chicken mixture and cook for about 8 minutes, (golden brown and cooked through)
6.
Once all chicken tenders are cooked, arrange them in the skillet in a circle, and sprinkle on desired toppings
7.
Place entire skillet in oven and bake until cheese is melted (about 4 minutes)
8.
Remove from oven and garnish with green onions and crumbled bacon
9.
Serve and enjoy
