Chili

This recipe comes from Angie...best chili you'll ever have.

Ingredients

can Tomato Juice
30
oz can Brooks Hot Chili Beans
1
can Dark Red Kidney Beans (drain and rinse)

lb Ground beef
1
chopped green pepper
1
chopped jalepeño
1
chopped celery stalk
1
chopped onion
2
minced garlic cloves
hot sauce to taste

tbsp chili powder
1
tbsp garlic powder
1/3
packet mccormick chili packet
Directions
1.
Sauté ground beef, garlic, onion, peppers and celery until vegetables are tender.
2.
Drain and return to pan.
3.
Add can ingredients with 10-15 shakes of Hot Sauce.
4.
Add garlic powder, chili powder, and McCormicks chili packet.
5.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for approximately 1 Hour.
