Croissant

Old fashioned croissant perfect with dinner

Ingredients

rolls of croissant dough
1
cup italian sausage mix
2 1/2
cups parmesan cheese
1
tsp Thyme, destemed and chopped
1/4
cup parsley, chopped
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 375

Unroll croissant dough onto a lightly floured surface and pinch together seams. Cut the rectangle dough into 4x5 grid
3.
Place each square into a muffin tin cup. Sprinkle with 1 tbs of parmesan and 1 tbs of Italian Sausage Mix. Top with a pinch of thyme and parsley and 1 more Tbs of Parmesan.

Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown

Let cool in muffin tin for a minute then place croissants on cooling rack
