Apple Pancakes

Healthy and easier form of apple pie!

Ingredients

cups all-purpose flour pancake
1/2
tsp baking soda pancake
1
tsp baking powder pancake
1
tsp Salt Pancake
2
tsp sugar pancake
1
tsp Ground Cinnamon Pancake
2
eggs pancake
1
cup applesauce pancake
1
tsp Lemon Juice Pancake
1/2
cup milk pancake
2
apples topping
2
tsp sugar topping
1/2
tsp cinnamon topping
1/4
tsp nutmeg topping
2
tsp apple cider topping
Directions

For the Pancakes:

In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon.

Make a well in the center of the pancake dry ingredients.

Add eggs, applesauce, lemon juice, and milk. Stir until smooth
5.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle on medium high heat.

Pour or scoop ¼ Cup of batter for each pancake

For the Topping:

Wash apple, removed core, and slice thinly with peel still on
9.
Combine apples with the sugar, cinnamon, and water
10.
Cook in skillet for 10 minutes and spoon on top of pancakes
