Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Healthy and low in fat, this slow cooker turkey breast is a perfect alternative to roasting a whole bird - especially if you prefer white meat.

Ingredients

fresh turkey breast
900
ml fat free chicken stock
1
bay leaf
1
onion, quartered
4
black peppercorns
salt, as desired
Directions
1.
Place the turkey breast in the slow cooker. Add onion quarters, bay leaf, and peppercorns. Cover with chicken stock.
2.
Turn slow cooker on high for the first hour and then to low for 6-8 hours.
3.
Remove from Stock and serve. Turkey will be moist and delicious!
