Potato Bake

A classic family favourite, you can't go wrong with this rich creamy potato bake!

Ingredients

large potatoes
250
bacon pieces
1
continental french onion soup
2
cups cream
1
cup milk
250
grated cheese
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 200°C
2.
Place bacon pieces between paper towel on plate and microwave for 4 minutes. Swap bacon between center and edge of plate and microwave for another 4 minutes.

Peel and slice Potatoes. Put in oven proof dish, cover with, and poke holes in glad wrap. Cook in microwave for 12-15 minutes.
4.
Mix together cream, grated cheese, bacon pieces, french onion soup and milk. Spread a small amount of the mixture in shallow oven proof dish, then layer potatoes and remaining mixture. Top with grated cheese and bake for approx. 30 min at 200°C
