Quick And Easy Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

I've had acai bowls a LOT - especially when I was being lazy and didn't want to make breakfast for myself. But then, it hit me - why just use acai? I could make smoothie bowls with any fruit or berry! Decided to do a take on Strawberries & Cream. Many of these ingredients can be swapped out to be vegan friendly - try a plant-based yogurt and milk instead if you'd like!

Ingredients
Smoothie Bowl
1 1/2
cups of Strawberries
1/3
cup of Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/4
cup of Whole Milk
1/3
cup Vanilla Protein Powder
2
tsp Chia Seeds
2
tsp Honey
Toppings
1/4
cup Granola
2
tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips
2
tbsp Whipped Cream
2
tsp Torani Chocolate
2
Fresh Strawberries, Sliced
Directions
1.
Add Smoothie Bowl ingredients to blender. Blend thoroughly.
2.
If the consistency is too watery, add 1/4 cup more frozen strawberries. If it is too thick, add 2 Tbsp more milk.
3.
Once you have the desired consistency, pour into a bowl. Smooth the top with the back of a spoon, if desired.
4.
Top with granola, chocolate chips, whipped cream, slices of fresh strawberries, and chocolate Torani drizzle.
Suggestions
1.
If you'd like to make this vegan, try using a plant-based yogurt and milk instead of greek yogurt and whole milk, and agave nectar instead of honey! You can also use a plant-based whipped cream, or omit it altogether. I believe Torani's Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup is vegan, and their Dark Chocolate Syrup may be vegan, but you might want to check first!
