Mango Smoothies

Ingredients

cup non-fat milk

cup greek yogurt, plain, vanilla or honey
1 1/2
cups ice cubes

banana (if frozen, leave out some of the ice)

mango, about 1 cup chopped
1/8
cup unsweetened coconut
1
tsp vanilla
1
tbsp honey
chia seeds (optional)
Directions
1.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 3 minutes. Serve with chia seeds additional coconut and chopped mango if desired.
