Directions

In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and the lemon juice., altering lemon juice to your desired taste, and seasoning with salt and pepper.

Add chopped apples, celery, grapes, walnuts, and chicken to mayo. Adjust seasoning and serve on a bed of fresh bibb lettuce.
