Grilled Beef Strips Pakistani Style

Ingredients

lb Beef Strips
2 1/2
cups Mustard Oil
1 1/4
cups Raw Papaya Paste
5/8
cup Ginger & Garlic Paste
2
cups Yogurt
3
cups Fried Onions
5
tbsp Red Chili Flakes
2
tbsp Salt
2
tbsp Coriander Powder
2
tbsp Cumin Powder
2
tbsp Black Pepper Powder
1
tbsp Red Chili Powder
1
tbsp Mace Powder
1
tbsp Nutmeg Powder
1
tbsp Garam Masala
1
tbsp Tumeric
Directions
1.
Blend the yogurt & fried onions together in a blender until smooth.
2.
Add all of the other ingredients and blend until combined.
3.
Add mixture to beef strips and mix, making sure to cover each strip.
4.
Keep in the fridge over night or up to 2 days.
5.
When ready to grill, remove from the fridge a few hours before to bring them to room temperature.
6.
When putting the strips onto the skewers, make sure you twist each strip as you're putting it on to give it that classic look!
