Ingredients
olive oil

red peppers

garlic cloves
cumin

tsp chili flakes

chipotle chill packed
1
tbsp adobe sauce
chicken broth
2
cans black beans
2
bay leaves
1
jalapeño pepper
1
onion
Directions
1.
Cook peppers and onion, with a little olive oil, for 3 minutes in a pot.
2.
Add garlic, jalapeño, cumin, chili flakes; let sit for one minute.
3.
Add chipotle and adobe sauce.
4.
Add chicken broth and beans and bring the mixture to a boil.
5.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
6.
Puree just a cupful and add back to the soup.
7.
* optional: add rice and chicken
