Beer Pretzel Dip

Ingredients

cups Full Fat Cream Cheese (room Temp)
3/2
cups Shredded Aged white Cheddar
3
tsp onion powder / 2 tsp garlic powder / ½ tsp coarse grd. black pepper

oz beer (note the darker the beer, the stronger the flavor)
1/3
cup chopped fresh chives
Directions
1.
Mix everything but the beer & chives. Use a wood spoon.
2.
One all the cheese mixture is well blended. Add the beer and blend well. Finally add the chives.
3.
Put in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
4.
Serve with Pretzels/ the big soft pretzels warmed are best.
