Yummy Chocolate Muffins (Super Healthy)

cup Flour
1/4
cup almond flour
1/3
cup coconut sugar
3/4
tsp baking soda
3/4
tsp baking powder
1/4
tsp super fine sea salt
3/4
cup chocolate chips dairy free and refined sugar free

eggs
6
tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1/4
cup almond milk
1
tsp vanilla extract
Directions
1.
Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a muffin pan with 6 liners. Place the dry ingredients (flours, coconut sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips) into a bowl and stir until combined. Set aside.
2.
In the bowl of a stand alone mixer, beat the eggs, applesauce, milk and vanilla until well combined. Alternatively, you can use a hand held mixer. Add in the dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Distribute the batter between the muffin liners and top with remaining chocolate chips. Bake the muffins for 18-20 minutes and golden brown.
