Ingredients
1/2
cup almond butter
1/4
cup cocoa powder
1/4
cup melted coconut oil
3
tbsps monk fruit simple syrup
1/8
tsp salt
Directions
1.
Stir all ingredients together until smooth.
2.
If too dry (depending on nut butter used), add additional coconut oil if needed.
3.
Pour into ice cube trays or silicone moulds.
4.
Freeze to set (about 20 mins) and enjoy!
5.
Once set, store in the refrigerator.
